Manifesting with ThetaHealing

This journey can be used with two different breathing techniques :

Conscious Connected Breathing (circular breathing) :

Technique: No pause between inhale and exhale. First inhale deep into diaphragm to about 75% capacity. Second inhale into the chest to completely fill the lungs. Exhale is relaxed without forcing.

Down Regulation (Parasympathetic nervous system activation)

Technique: Breathing in and out through your nose deep into your diaphragm.
